From my perspective, education involves critical thinking and practical skills rather than a mere accumulation of information. On the one hand, critical thinking is essential to scientific progress, contributing to innovation and technical advancement. Just as Confucius put it, “learning without thinking leads to confusion”. On the other hand, it is crucial to apply what you have learned into practice and that’s the very reason why outstanding scientists accomplish great achievements in their profession.

In a word, the Internet does provide valuable information for learners, but people should be fully aware of the essence of education and attach importance to cultivating the ability of independent thinking instead of relying on the Internet. Only by emphasizing innovation can education be completely fulfilled in practice.
