自助餐有各种各样的水果，肉类和冰淇淋，我都喜欢吃，所以我有很大的动力吃自助餐。每次我吃自助餐，我会尽可能地多吃，因为我已经给了钱，我就想吃食物值得我付的钱。我的胃总是撑了太多的食物，我吃太多了，伤到了胃。

如今我比较注重享受食物，我会告诉自己不要吃得那么饱，我付的钱是为了享受食物而不是伤胃。
