我从一年级到四年级上过许多体育课都很有趣，但是只有一节最难忘。

三年级有一次我们去上体育课，体育老师叫我们玩“老鹰抓小鸡”。我们都说这个游戏很“幼稚”。体育老师说：“不是幼稚，你体验一下小时候玩的游戏，现在也会觉得有趣的。”我们只好按体育老师说的去做。

开始游戏了，第一个是我做“老鹰”。我左窜右窜，都没有找到机会捉“小鸡”。因为“母鸡”太厉害。我只好绕几圈，绕到“小鸡”们头晕为止。突然，一个“小鸡”摔倒了，我扑过去把“小鸡”抓住了，仔细一看，是方方。我高兴得大笑。到方方做“老鹰”了，我拉着前面“小鸡”的衣服，左跑右跑，左摆右摆。“老鹰”差点抓住我了，我拉着“小鸡”的衣服拼命地跑。一会儿，“老鹰”放弃了我这个难以对付的目标，去捉另一个“小鸡”。后面的“小鸡”把我的衣角拉得紧紧的，怕被捉。“小鸡们”一边躲“老鹰”一边惊叫着，叫得快乐极了。我仿佛看到了真正的老鹰抓小鸡的情景。

“铃铃铃铃铃”下课铃响了。我在回教室的路上，明白了：长大后，玩小时候的游戏可以回忆小时候的快乐，还可以消除烦恼。这真是一节难忘的体育课!
