垃圾分为可回收垃圾和不可回收垃圾。可回收垃圾，如：报纸、啤酒瓶、饮料罐、破旧衣物，纸皮……不可回收垃圾，如：厨余垃圾。还有有害垃圾：废电池、过期药品等等，妈咪说医院还有医疗垃圾，这些垃圾需要特殊处理。
