Here is some advice for us to keep healthy.We should exercise every day.We should keep the windows of our bedrooms open.We shouldn't keep the windows closed all the time.The air in the room should keep fresh and clean.We must wash our hands ,especially before meals.Drink more water every day.Don’t spit everywhere.When we are tired,we shouldn't work too late at night.We should go to bed early.
