Thirdly, it’s really noisy when eating with hundreds of excited person. They are intend on sharing their new things and special feelings. So I think it’s time to make some changes. So I move slowly at lunch time. When it is going to be over, I take my lunch. And I find it decidedly right. Because I have to eat more vegetable and less meat, which contributes to my health.

So we may not compel ourselves to enjoy lunch punctually.
