Pressure is a serious problem in today's world.Students in our class are under too much pressure.

We are under a lot pressure because the high school entrance exam is coming.Some students think pressure makes them upset,but I think pressure is helpful.

Last week,my mom told me that she wants me to get good grades,and become a top student.But I felt a lot of pressure.So I talked to my friends,and I felt a lot better after that.Because they can understand me and come up with good idea to our problems,so I think it's a good idea to talk to friend.In addition,I think listen to some rock music and sing along with it can help me reduce pressure.Besides,from my point of view it's necessary to keep a healthy life style,so don't reduce pressure by eating snakes.Try to deal with pressure in a healthy way such as exercise more and dance to some pop music,it can keep us energetic and reduce pressure.

All in all,pressure can't be avoid,so face the challenge and win it.
